We want to reassure you that the decals you received are not damaged or mis-cut. The cuts you’re seeing are intentional and part of the design. Because lacrosse helmets have deep curves, ridges, and vents, the decals are pre-cut with small slits. These “relief cuts” allow the vinyl to bend and contour smoothly to the helmet’s shape. Without them, the decal would wrinkle or peel around those areas. Once applied, the cuts blend in with the helmet’s natural lines, giving it a clean and professional look.  If you are having problems applying your decals to your helmet please reach out directly to your coach or program for expert assistance.  Decal designs vary by team and they are going to be your best source of advice for the application process.  If you have any further questions you can reach out to our Help Center for assistance.
